Food Fantasies offers a unique service to our clients. There are many fabulous venues and locations for your party in our region and they will all have a maitre d’ for your special day but as caterers, we know that this is not enough! We will “WORK THE PARTY”.

We will not only worry about the last minute details but will ensure that all your meticulous planning is carried through. We will help you create a wedding date schedule for your attendants, parents and vendors. We will hold the envelopes for vendors, check the place card location, help in the ceremony procession, hold the notes for the toast or candle lighting, make sure the hand made bows for the back of ceremony chairs are installed. These are just examples of the many details we handle. We will keep your team informed , making for a smooth event and a day filled with great memories.
